Jindal Naturecare Limited is dedicated to ensure that you are truly satisfied with your purchase. If there is cause of complaint, please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy to facilitate a smooth resolution to the problem.

Cancellation of Orders by Buyer

Cancellations are allowed upon request without asking any question with refund of full amount paid by the customer only if the product is not shipped from our warehouse.

Order Cancellation by Jindal Naturecare Limited

In rare situations, Jindal Naturecare Limited can also raise an order cancellation request without giving any reason whatsoever.

 

Order Return/Replacement

list   Return/ Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the Product.

list   Refund or Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product.

    • bullet list iconRefund Claim: Payment will be refunded within 10 working days upon receipt of the products.

 

  • bullet list iconReplacement Claim: In case of complaints regarding products the customer has to notify the same to customer care centre at 08022371777 – 3 or email us at contact@jindalherbals.com. The product will be replaced with no additional cost upon fulfilling below mentioned terms.

list   Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product.

list   In case the product is damaged in your possession, Jindal Naturecare Limited is not liable to refund /replace the value of the product.

list   The tags on the product should be intact.

list   The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

list   Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip.

list   Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference.

list   In case of multiple items ordered, buyer can request for partial return/replacement of items.

list   In some cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

list   Shipment charges for return/replacement will be borne by the buyer.

list   Courier / postage charges will not be refunded in case of the product is returned and refund is desired.
